As mentioned in a recent blog post by Laurie Wickham, Verint’s Engage global customer conference begins June 27th in Chicago.

The 3rd annual Verint Executive Summit will also take place during Engage.  The summit will be hosted by a leading industry analyst and attendees will have the opportunity to:

  • Discuss how customer-centric organizations can enrich interactions, improve business processes, and optimize the workforce.
  • Meet and exchange ideas with executives from other leading companies and industries.
  • Identify strategies and best practices on how to increase customer loyalty, enhance revenue, and better manage operational costs.
  • Get energized during interactive sessions on customer analytics, engagement management, and enterprise workforce optimization.

Breakout group discussions will be led by customer executives who have delivered strong business and workforce optimization results.  For example, one leading financial services firm executive will serve as a group leader—her organization leverages the broad Verint customer engagement suite including speech analytics, quality management, contact recording, advanced scorecards, workforce management, and desktop process analytics.

This customer has strengthened numerous areas of their business including claims, customer service, marketing and IT.  For example, the customer has implemented more than twenty speech analytics use cases across the enterprise, including projects to increase sales and to power root-cause analysis projects.

Outcomes of the various optimization projects include a $1 million increase year over year in sales, a 12.5% reduction in calls in the claims area, and 8% reduction of calls in customer service.
